The Beginning of Gaddis Investments
In 1977, Jim Gaddis created our boutique real estate agency, initially focusing on single family home sales, then moving into site selection for commercial tenants and ultimately development. The business has evolved, and years of investing in the community and understanding its specific needs and potential has led Gaddis Investments to own and manage a diverse range of properties totaling more than one million square feet in assets.
