Written notice must be given at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the end of the month. If notice of termination is given less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the end of the month, then the Agreement will not terminate until the end of the following month and rent must be paid for that following month. No rent shall be prorated or refunded.
